TownHomes, LLC became an LLC on October 18, 2004. We are a modular and manufactured housing facility. TownHomes began operations in January 2005. The company is located at 133 SE Newell Drive in Lake City, Florida. We currently have 120 employees.
TownHomes’ management team is lead by Gary Towns. Mr. Towns has an extensive background in the mobile home manufacturing industry including over 20 years as general manager. During this time, he opened three new plants and was responsible for managing over 750 people with a budget of over $81 million.
The company receives direction from a board of directors that includes successful retailers. TownHomes’ business model of combining expertise in the manufacturing process with key input from successful retailers creates a more valuable partnership between these two links in the distribution network. The result is a well built product that can be delivered quickly and cost effectively.

Gary C. Towns, President – 35 Years Experience – Mr. Towns began as a line employee in 1969. He quickly worked his way up to Foreman’s position. He has also served as a Plant Manager, Purchasing Agent, Sales Manager, and General Manager.
Bill Carnathan, Purchasing Manager – 20 Years Experience in Purchasing.
Robert Wisman, Engineering Manager – 15 Years Experience in Engineering.
Danny Duckwiler, Service Manager – 25 Years Experience – Mr. Duckwiler began as a production line employee. He has also served as a foreman and service technician.
